We can schedule your appointments and send confirmation right to your email. We do ask that for urgent matters and same day scheduling you phone our clinic directly at 503-647-9400. Currently we cannot accept online payments. We hope to offer this in the future. If you need to make a payment, you can do so by phoning or emailing our on-site billing department. Include your visa or mastercard number, expiration date and code found on the back of the card. Please be sure to include the full name of the cardholder. If you have a non-urgent need that our nursing staff can assist you with, email your requests directly. We can provide information and confirmations to your email within 48 hours. In some cases we can assist you with prescritption refills. Please speak with your doctor personally before emailing requests.
